Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who trains hard or just needs a proper reset!

Today was my 2nd session of Mukha with buccal release. Mona will post pics & you’ll see the remarkable difference it has made to my face. I look younger, more relaxed & my jaw has reappeared. I’m the one with yellow eyebrows (ongoing process to remove SPMU). My sessions with Mona are relaxing & so uplifting, I feel like I want to look after myself better, eat better, exercise more; the treatment definitely works holistically. I’ve booked 2 more sessions and will continue one a fortnight because it’s brilliant & and effective. Mona is lovely; her studio is beautiful, comfortable & welcoming.

I enjoyed my session with Andrew and it was easier for me to walk afterwards . If anything starts to hurt whilst having the therapy he quickly changes the exercise slightly to make it more comfortable.

Tremendous! Absolutely brilliant deep tissue sports massage. I went in with really tight muscles and a lot of tension from training, and I came out feeling so much looser with a noticeable improvement in my mobility. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and targeted all the problem areas without rushing the session. It was exactly the right level of pressure and I could feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who trains regularly or struggles with muscle tightness. I’ll definitely be booking again.

After starting my running journey, Anna advised that the gym would massively help with the load running will put on my legs. Of course I was naive and excited. Shortly after I went to her with a niggle and she put me at ease. Comforting but realistic words of encouragement allowed me to remain focused on my goals. Anna is not only educated but clearly has vast knowledge in and out of her field. Her attention to detail and patience is clear through her plans. I cannot recommend her enough. Tanya really took her time with us, ensuring she spoke about essential ways to recover and strengthen our weak areas. She was so patient and soft which made us feel so comfortable. She then showed me some exercises to help strengthen my core and pelvic floor exercises to stop some of my back pains. I will definitely be back!

Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

Ricky is an amazing therapist, he is great at finding the right points of pressure and pain, working around them to provide relief. He is also great at working out a plan towards recovery and doing research towards what is exactly causing the problem.
