Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Feel really good within myself and my legs appeared different and the cellulite seemed reduced! I'll be booking back and to try the other machines - Thank you!

I was not sure what to expect from these machines, but I'm impressed. The Body Roll is a proper deep massage, and the Pressotherapy suit is actually really relaxing—felt like a total body reset. I actually felt the difference in my mobility and the sore muscle after this session. Will be back soon!

Visited Paul after a particularly tough netball match - he worked through all my aches and pains and niggles and gave me excellent advice in how to care for my body when playing netball, but also in other sports and activities. He really knows his stuff!

Another great Deep Tissue Massage from Paul with a few more added exercises to help with my recovery from a TKR at the end. So glad I booked a block of 6, looking forward to next Mondays treatment. Carol

Paul has been a great support to me over the last few weeks, both with helping my recovery from a TKR by having Deep Tissue massage but also mentally. He listens and also manages to say the right things to help keep me positive!

My second time booking in with Paul, I re-booked because the first time, I felt a positive difference to my issue after only one session. He understood my issue, worked through the different muscles that could be affecting my movement and explained exercises and stretches he recommends, backing this information up with evidence of why it should work.
