Bruce has a great feel for massage and releasing muscle tension. Its one of the best massages ive had, hes an asset to the gym and coleraine. Im a injury specialist who has had trouble finding someone i feel is able to be thorough in their treatments. This is definitely a good strong massage, nice pressure, nice focus and attention and generally as a practitioner i found him very easy to feel relaxed with. He's professional and kind.

Incredible massage. Bruce has a deep knowledge on the anatomy of the body and knows exactly where to work through to relieve specific pains and tension. It was also a perfect blend of personal & informative, relaxed conversation. Being a weightlifter I’ve previously struggled finding a massage with strong pressure, however Bruce worked through the muscles intensely. I feel fantastic this morning, would highly recommend Bruce to anyone with sore muscles looking to restore the body.
