I just had a marathon on Sunday and decided to come in for a deep tissue to help me recover. It was a great experience. I feel a lot less sore and feel way more recovered. Sunny was a great massage therapist that really focused in on my troubled areas

He always asks where I would like to focus and then he provides relief. His massages are always the perfect amount of pressure, soothing touch and stretching. Just so lovely! Luke was wonderful and kind. I loved the private sauna room with relaxing spa music. I’m so glad that towels and a robe were provided. Since it was my first time there, I didn’t expect to be able to shower after. The room was immaculately clean and well stocked with shower supplies. The whole experience was very relaxing, I didn’t feel rushed in and out of the spa by the staff. Parking was also easy in the rear lot. The sauna package is a great deal, I would recommend this place to everyone. Enjoy!

This is a birthday gift from my husband. It was an AMAZING experience from a great massage, to the very-needed sauna session, ending with a lovely facial.

My husband and I did a couples massage that was very relaxing. He loved the infrared sauna afterwards and said it’s not as harsh as a dry sauna. I did a facial that left my face looking and feeling great. Overall, everything was excellent and we’ll definitely be going back!

Really enjoyed the sauna before my massage and the deep tissue massage was good, didn’t like being covered up during the beginning of the massage I was still trying to pull down after the sauna, and the sheet just made me sweat more

My massage therapist really helped get a bad knot out of my shoulder. The sauna was nice to experience after as well. I left feeling relaxed & revived. I will definitely return.
