I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

I always come back to Eco! Whether it’s a haircut or color, she’s been my favorite stylist in Vancouver. She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s honestly so nice to have a stylist who truly gets you.

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. I've had many appointments with her and my hair is amazing every time. Hair cuts, colouring, treatments and styling, she's skilled in everything. She's also genuinely fun to chat with. She might just be Richmond's best kept secret.

I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

As a guy with very straight hair I’ve struggled to find a spot to get a good haircut. However this was my first time trying a salon and I chose YJ and he gave me the perfect haircut. He took his time and personalized the cut, making it look amazing! It’s a bit pricier than barber shops, but if you care about getting a quality cut, it’s worth the money!

I recently got my first wave perm done by Sho, and the experience was smooth and professional. Sho took the time to walk me through the process, ensuring I knew what to expect and that I was comfortable with the style. The wave perm turned out well, with a natural look that fit what I was going for. Sho finished it off with a clean taper fade that pulled everything together nicely. I had an incredible experience here! Doeun did an absolutely incredible job with my haircut and styling. From the start, she was kind and attentive to my requests and provided lots of tips on maintaining healthy hair and styling. She was thorough to explain what she was doing and confirmed I was okay with her cutting my hair to a certain length. Legitimately one of the best and comfortable salons I’ve been to in Metro Vancouver.
