She made sure I was feeling all right throughout the whole session and make sure I was feeling calm and relaxed. Overall, the vibes were very relaxing and I left feeling lighter and less stressed. My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa during our trip to Waterton. Although it’s a smaller spa, the team went out of their way to accommodate us both for a couples massage, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly and professional, and it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Waterton. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. I had the most wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I booked a scalp cleansing treatment and it turned into so much more than that. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at House of Yoko this afternoon. After consulting with Mika about my cut, I enjoyed an extremely pleasant head spa treatment with Marina. She was so professional and allowed me to relax as she photographed my scalp before and after, thoroughly cleansed my scalp, and washed and conditioned my hair. I felt so good after. Mika then cut my hair according to its natural tendencies and to my own style. It is short and sassy and now looks and feels healthier. If you have concerns and want expert help, I’d recommend Mika and The House of Yoko.

I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

Shannon gave me the most amazing facial! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything.
