This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

This was my second visit at Rua Beauty and I love my nails, she takes her time to insure your nails are beautiful and uses good hygiene with her services. She was also super helpful in terms of getting what I wanted by ordering the colours to do the style I wanted done (Brown cat eye) aswell as tips to soften feet callouses. She was also super accommodating by asking every so often if I’d like something to drink and even offered me a snack since I was hungry and the shops around us were closed 🤣 Overall an amazing experience with great chats and gossip. Would 1000% recommend coming to Rua😇

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”

Fuzzy does the best manicures in Cape Town. Her eye for detail is extremely impressive.

Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️

Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Rua Beauty is absolutely amazing! Laa'iqah always does a flawless job with my gel nails, and my fingers and toes look perfect every time. The foot scrub was incredible—so relaxing, and left my feet unbelievably soft.
