Wat is een acne gezichtsbehandeling?

Het is een huidbehandeling voor het gezicht die gebaseerd is op een klassiek gezichtsbehandeling, maar herwerkt is op een manier die gericht is op het verminderen van de symptomen van acne.

Welke resultaten kunnen worden verwacht?

Er moet meer onderzoek worden gedaan voordat de volledige resultaten van acne gezichtsbehandelingen kunnen worden vastgesteld. Als je echter last hebt van milde comedonale acne (meestal whiteheads en mee-eters), dan kan een acne-gezichtsbehandeling gunstig zijn voor het verminderen van ontstekingen en het verbeteren van het uiterlijk van je huid. Is het geschikt voor alle huidtypes?

Nee. Als je ernstige acne hebt of als je niet zeker weet of een acne gezichtsbehandeling geschikt voor je is, dan kun je beter een professionele dermatoloog raadplegen om erachter te komen wat voor soort huidverzorging je moet gebruiken. Van acne gezichtsbehandelingen wordt gedacht dat ze het beste werken op de huid met comedonale acne (voornamelijk whiteheads en mee-eters).
