I had such an incredible experience with Mili. For context, I have very sensitive acne prone skin and I am currently dealing with hormonal acne. I’ve never gotten a facial before because I tend to break out any time I try new products. I was hesitant to try this but I’m so glad I did. She did such an amazing job. I saw instant improvement in my acne. My skin has been glowing. So much so that I already came back for another facial. i was originally gonna get the bespoke signature, but i’m so glad elaine is so thoughtful and genuinely so good at what she does 🥹!! she really took the time to look at my skin and explain thoroughly which facial would suit me best, and i ended up getting the barrier repair to help with my acne 🤍 my skin felt sooo refreshed, calm, and light after the appointment!! she also gave me samples which is amazing 🫶🏻 and she has really good aftercare too, she checks in with you after to see how your skin is doing which i honestly appreciated so much. 💕 definitely recommend her!!

Was a Lovely experience. Michelle took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The facial I had was fantastic! I saw a big difference after I left. My youthful appearance re-appeared! My dry lips came back to life! and were re- hydrated! I looked so fresh, healthy and lit within. I've been long overdue for some self care and decided to book myself for the HydraGlow Facial. I'd had an amazing experience with the previous owner a couple years before, so I was a little disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and was told the business had changed ownership. Within minutes of starting my service I realized I had nothing to worry about. I was literally in good hands. 4 days after my appt and I’m still receiving compliments on my skin. The first time consult was a great experience. My biggest concerns were clarity in my routines; having a solid morning and evening routine, while also targeting my acne and post acne marks. Donna gave me simple, effective routines for day and night, while also providing me with products specifically for my skin. She is so knowledgeable as a licensed esthetician. All my other experiences at salons or spas have been confusing or did not yield the results I was looking for. Looking forward to my skin journey with Donna!

Alisia was an absolute professional and my first facial ever was great because of her expertise and skill. I was a bit nervous because of my very sensitive skin but she took to time to walk me through the whole process, explain what each procedure does, and make specific recommendations for me without being pushy. Would highly recommend her as she was very honest about cost, effect of the treatment, and honestly my skin feels great! She was also very accommodating from the start. Really appreciate everything!
