One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Please may l recommend that you stock up on more modern and neutral classic colors.?l have been bringing my own nail polish and still paying Full Price. Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
