This was my second appointment with Gabby. She is excellent. She is extremely gentle and professional. She is also very attentive during the waxing making sure that the wax isn’t too hot and she checks in with you throughout. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get a good wax done!

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

The service was really good which made up for the wait to be acknowledged. It was almost 10min before Trisha came to the seating area, saying she didn’t know we had arrived. Knowing you have bookings I would think that the staff are waiting at the entrance to meet the clients? Also, please may I suggest having instrumental music playing. The music not only was it inappropriate but also vulgar. Made the experience unpleasant from a setting perspective.
