As always a 10/10 experience with Elaine. She is absolutely fabulous at what she does! I was in for waxing (first time) and she made me feel so at ease, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout! Cannot recommend her enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Serenity is absolutely my go-to place for relaxation! I just had waxing services and a facial, and it was yet another incredible experience. Maria, as always, made me feel so comfortable. The facial was beyond relaxing, and the products she used felt truly magical on my skin. I especially loved the head and shoulder massage that came with it; it really took the experience to another level. Every visit leaves me feeling rejuvenated, and I can’t recommend Serenity enough!

Really beautiful premises! Got waxing done, personal pack ready for you includes your own waxing stripes/sticks in a sealed pack. Disposable sheet on bed. Brilliant service!

Shouldn’t have been surprise at the level of attention to detail here but it’s over and beyond anything I’ve had before even for a simple leg wax! Can’t wait to come back for a proper pedicure experience in the stunning treatment room and more in the future, Portadown has levelled up xx

I've been getting my nails and waxing done with Hanna for over 7 years . She is a true professional in every aspect of her work. She always does an amazing job and never disappoints. Highly recommend a visit to experience her talent !

I wouldn't go to anyone else for my treatments, first class service from Rachel! Always puts me at ease and makes waxing a much less daunting experience. Also had a pedicure today and came away with pampered feet ready for sandal weather!

Hanna is so professional & very calming in her nature. I've had a several treatments with her from nails to beauty treatments. Today I had waxing completed reason for my review Hanna was just AMAZING!! Just cannot believe it wasn't as painful as waxing I've had before. She is outstanding at what she does. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Top of the range beauty therapist and such a down to earth girl. Thanks a million Hanna
