Katie was a total babe! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. Katie was so easy to speak to and the wax is perfect! She has an excellent attention to detail. I love the atmosphere at Beauty Box, always warm and friendly and full of chat and Gemma is amazing at what she can do to make my nails look fabulous every time! Add to that she always goes out of her way to fit me in around my crazy work schedule and can never thank her enough for that!
