Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. Had a great experience at the spa with Ashley. I booked a mud wrap, massage, and Bro-Zillian. The ambience of the spa is just what you would hope for if your goal is to relax and recoup. The treatments left my skin feeling so soft and the wax was relatively pain free. Go with the hard wax, I say. Ashley is very skillful and I would certainly recommend her.
