Without a doubt, the finest salon in Sydney that I've visited! Zena and Jay were incredibly welcoming. I've visited twice in the past month: the first time for a cut and the second time for the Nano treatment, which was truly transformative. If you're considering it, go for it! I usually have quite awkward experiences at hair salons, but at Kroz hair salon, I was happily accommodated for in a professional and comfortable way! With a gender non-conforming haircut, its also quite awkward asking for what I want in both salons and barbershops, but Kristy was very lovely and made sure that I was happy with my haircut throughout the whole session! Thank you for the freebie as well <3
