Had a great experience with Aracely! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I got a wax and a facial, and both were excellent. The waxing was thorough with great attention to detail, and my skin felt amazing after the facial. The place was clean, relaxing, and everything was handled professionally. M-plified’s two-therapist approach worked brilliantly. They waxed in tandem, then one applied cooling gel while Malini performed the laser, making the session efficient and distracted from discomfort. The sensation was very manageable, with only mild pinpricks over bony areas like toes, knees or where the hair was thicker. Malini kept moving between treatment areas, which made it more comfortable. If you’re looking for meticulous hair removal, this is a great place. They ensure no hairs are missed and carefully remove ingrown hairs after waxing. It was a clean and efficient experience.

Absolutely cannot thank Rio enough, she such a lovely person and fantastic at her job. It’s been a while since my last wax and I was nervous but she put me at ease and the actually waxing was brilliant. The salon is gorgeous and extremely clean and professional, everything is just fab. Definitely recommend Rio to anyone looking to get waxed.

BEST WAXING EXPERIENCE EVER - IVE had some waxes in the past but none compare to Amita. I had the Hollywood wax and it was soooo much less painful and generally a very calm and serene environment to get waxed in. I put my full trust in Amita - definitely check her out if you’re in the Wong Chuk Hang/Southern District Area!!!

Ntswaki was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at easy for my first time ever waxing. The service from the moment I stepped in till I left was 10/10. Although I had a skin reaction a few hours later. A burning sensation. Today while taking a shower I noticed a very thin skin layer came off by my butt crack area. I applied Vaseline to stop it from getting dry. But it was a great first time experience.

First time visiting today. Very friendly and welcoming, caring, professional and knowledgeable staff. Great service and treatment. Waxing left no itching and only briefly red skin unlike when done at other salons. Manicure and pedicure both great, nails feel and look fantastic. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Free car park next to salon and suitable if you have limited mobility 2 small steps for pedicure the rest on one level. Easy online booking system and appointment reminder.
