After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Highly recommended, especially for a first-time experience. The massage was lovely, relaxing, and done with the perfect amount of pressure throughout. Bea was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable straight away. My neck and back feel so much better now, the tension has completely gone, and I left feeling totally relaxed.

The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. My lash lift is perfect as always! The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional, the only place in Cheltenham I’d go for my lashes!

I just had my first waxing experience at a salon on Saturday. Ola is so professional and welcoming making me feel so comfortable during this experience I have had the best results, I’m really pleased and can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended!

I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. It does hurt a lot especially it being my first time but the results are great.
