I booked a last minute appointment for an eyebrow wax and was able to get in the same morning. Sara was the beautician who did the service. Sara was lovely and respectful and didn't force small talk, allowing that time to sit and relax. She did a good job with the eyebrow wax. I would recommend booking with Sara and will be going back myself.

Absolutely loved my pregnancy massage today, and most notably my warm oil scalp massage. While I’m not local, I can confidently say I’ll be frequenting my visits when I’m in town in the future. The service was lovely, clean & professional. I could have melted right into that bed. I’ll be back for the pregnancy spa package next! Thanks again Sharn, loved every moment!

Lovely and kind hairdresser. Only feedback I'd give is to please make sure the a/c is cold as it gets very hot and stuffy in that room especially with all the chemicals of a keratin. Also, please provide us magazines, it's a long time to be sitting in the chair so a few magazines would've been appreciated. Thank you

Incredible!! I was booked in for a remedial with Sharne! It was super painful & tender but in the best way!! You could really feel the aches being rubbed away! And she explained what to do to help certain issues. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely be back 😍

Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

The best place for a massage in Toowoomba

My experience was great. Felt so at ease, actually could have snoozed. Have only high comments for the lady (sorry can't remember her name) who did my waxing. Great service, excellent customer service. I travelled from my hometown in Charleville, Outback QLD on my way to Bribie Island. Had to make a pit stop in Toowoomba so I could get my hair done here. I used to attend here regularly when I was a local so keen to return to the best Hairdressers in Toowoomba. As usual I was very pleased with my colour touch up and style cut.

I can't thank Sharni enough for fixing my back!! I was in huge amounts of pain from recent surgery, Sharni paid closed attention to every little knot and sore spot and I left feeling a million times better!!! Hands down best massage therapist in Toowoomba, highly recommend!!!

Us girls with frizzy, knotty hair desperately need Keratin to control our hair. 6 months ago I got my first Keratin treatment and I haven't looked back.
