I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Polly is amazing. We talked about my skin and what I wanted to focus on. I’d never had a buccal facial before so she explained everything she would be doing and the tools she would use. The room was super cosy, warm and comfortable. You can request whether you would like music or prefer silence to relax. The treatment felt incredible on my face but it also included massage of my neck and shoulders. I left there feeling brand new. I will 100% be back!

I had my first ever Sakura Lift manual face therapy facial with Lidia & OMG she released muscles in my face that I had no idea were so tight (think I’ve been clenching my jaw for years) my sagging chin was visibly reduced & my face felt so much lighter and tension relief I cannot recommend this facial enough - I will def be back for regular treatments - I look years younger ❤️❤️

This was absolutely one of the nicest massage experiences I have ever had. Although I was expecting more of a facial than a massage, the massage elements far exceeded my expectations and it was a beautiful and calming experience. Polly’s warmth, nurturing and care came across throughout the treatment. I loved every moment of it and would highly recommend this treatment to anyone in need of a bit of self care.

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! She took her time and made sure I was enjoying every minute. Ashley also gave me some useful advice on how to maintain my skin. Will definitely be returning xxx

Fran is the most talented skin aesthetician I have ever encountered and I have been receiving skin treatments and beauty treatments for years! I live in London and will travel specifically to Fran’s salon in Swansea because I am yet to find work as good as hers! She is also friendly, honest and the sweetest person!
