I had a great experience getting the glow up facial with Kelly. She was really calming and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. She kept me informed when she was using the steam and extractions so I had no surprises. The extractions barely hurt and she used a great amount of pressure for the whole service, I nearly fell asleep! I loved my facial here and wouldn’t hesitate to book back in again. I would highly recommend to anyone in and around the area ☺️

I will repeat myself, but best place ever. Top service, always leaving happy after coffee, chat and a nap on heated bed having my lashes done and with beautiful nails. I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

I had the baby glass skin facial and I was literally speechless! The results are absolutely amazing! It was my first time coming here and Ashley was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable and was prepared to answer any questions I had! This was my first time having the ENVIRON cool peel 2.5%. Jade was so friendly and welcoming as always and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! The service was amazing! Jade was really informative about the treatment I was receiving and so gentle when applying facial products and giving a massage. My face looks like glass after the service I’m so impressed! Would highly recommend this, would definitely book this treatment again!xx

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional.
