I had a great experience getting the glow up facial with Kelly. She was really calming and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. She kept me informed when she was using the steam and extractions so I had no surprises. The extractions barely hurt and she used a great amount of pressure for the whole service, I nearly fell asleep! I loved my facial here and wouldn’t hesitate to book back in again. I would highly recommend to anyone in and around the area ☺️

Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

This was my first time having the ENVIRON cool peel 2.5%. Jade was so friendly and welcoming as always and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! The service was amazing! Jade was really informative about the treatment I was receiving and so gentle when applying facial products and giving a massage. My face looks like glass after the service I’m so impressed! Would highly recommend this, would definitely book this treatment again!xx

Very clean and clinical environment with stunning interior, Fran was absolutely amazing and very thorough with her explanation and helpful on the correct facial treatment for my skin type. During the process Fran made me feel very comfortable and secure and I am very pleased with the results from my facial. I will definitely be recommending and returning in the near future and I look forward to experiencing more treatments.

I loved my facial. The whole experience was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and Kelly was a delight. Knowledgable and very professional, I felt totally at ease and could quite easily have fallen asleep during my treatment. .Location was perfect and my skin looks and feels great!
