Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

This was absolutely one of the nicest massage experiences I have ever had. Although I was expecting more of a facial than a massage, the massage elements far exceeded my expectations and it was a beautiful and calming experience. Polly’s warmth, nurturing and care came across throughout the treatment. I loved every moment of it and would highly recommend this treatment to anyone in need of a bit of self care.

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Very clean and clinical environment with stunning interior, Fran was absolutely amazing and very thorough with her explanation and helpful on the correct facial treatment for my skin type. During the process Fran made me feel very comfortable and secure and I am very pleased with the results from my facial. I had a luxury facial today for the 1st time and it was absolutely Amazing! The massage was incredible and Lydia was so knowledgeable & calming. After that I had my lashes done and was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I absolutely LOVE coming to Lydia, having brows done soon too and can't wait!
