Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

I will repeat myself, but best place ever. Top service, always leaving happy after coffee, chat and a nap on heated bed having my lashes done and with beautiful nails. This was my first time having the ENVIRON cool peel 2.5%. Jade was so friendly and welcoming as always and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! The service was amazing! Jade was really informative about the treatment I was receiving and so gentle when applying facial products and giving a massage. My face looks like glass after the service I’m so impressed! Would highly recommend this, would definitely book this treatment again!xx

Had classic eyelashes done, absolutely on point! Love them and dermaplaning facial, so relaxing skin looks and feels great!
