Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Amazing! Marianna was thorough and listening the entire time. Her magical hands found every knot and worked it out! Definitely coming back!

A very attentive, professional massage therapist with her own comprehensive approach, works directly with the causes, always advises additional exercises as needed that help restore proper movement and distribute the load on the right muscles.

had my HIFU treatment yesterday with Kieron the whole experience. From the moment I arrived, the practitioner made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. Very professional and certainly good at targeting the areas of my back and legs where the pain is coming from, very relaxing atmosphere too, I will recommend to my friends and family.

Brilliant, as usual. Louise can always tell where to concentrate on my back to achieve the best result. I'm so grateful to be pain free and flexible, and the exercises to do at home have visibly improved my posture.
