I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Today's massage was fantastic. I was greeted very politely and Magdalena was very friendly. She explained the treatment to me and what I could expect. She asked permission to start the treatment and explained each step. The treatment was great and I would definitely recommend Magdalena. A very professional and friendly therapist.

The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!
