The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

I had a lovely appointment with Vicky who was very friendly and down-to-earth, which put me at ease right away. Have never had Reflexology before and wasn't sure how I would find it, but it was incredible relaxing and my feet felt like they were finally getting some relief. I will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.
