I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Erika was professional, attentive and clearly skilled — she took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The pressure was perfect throughout and I left feeling completely rejuvenated . It was exactly what I needed.
