Had a wonderful sculpting and relaxing face and head massage with Kristina. Kristina is warm, welcoming and a very skilled practitioner. I left with reduced puffiness and a lifted look with a glow that continued throughout the following day. Kristina pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to provide after care advise. Great experience, would highly recommend! Already booked my next appointment.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

I had an amazing face massage today! The whole experience was so relaxing — the pressure was perfect, and my skin felt instantly softer and refreshed. I could literally feel the tension melting away from my jaw and forehead. After the treatment, my face looked brighter and more lifted. I always feel incredibly relaxed after my sports massage sessions with Erika. The muscle tension is completely gone, and I sleep so well afterward. She is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understands exactly what my body needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an effective and relaxing sports massage experience.

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. The techniques Karen used were, in my opinion, absolutely world-class. She truly puts her heart and soul into every moment, delivering an outstanding and unforgettable experience.
