My wife and I went for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. It was our first ever massage and the team at Muscle Works made us feel super comfortable from the start. The staff were friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We’ll come back next time we’re in Bali.

I had the 90-minute Balinese massage with Bu Suma, and it was an amazing experience. My body felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Today is my last day in Bali and I have a late night flight, so it was the perfect way to end my trip. I also really appreciated being able to take a shower after the massage before heading to the airport. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, right on the main road with easy access. Highly recommended, and thank you, Bu Suma, for such a wonderful massage!

This was hands down one of the most divine treatments I’ve ever had. The combination of facial, lymphatic body massage and coconut scrub was absolute perfection. Every touch felt thoughtful and grounding, like a full body exhale. My skin is glowing, my body feels and looks less puffy and I feel so refreshed, and my mind is so calm it’s almost surreal. Unbelievable. This was no doubt the best massage I have ever had. The welcoming, foot wash with petals and the place is clean, smells beautiful and the staff are lovely. My massage was exceptionally good, the music was perfect and afterwards tea and chocolate. I could sleep for a week, I’m still relaxed hours after. Great job Bali Bliss! 10/10.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at You Spa Umalas! My fiancé and I both enjoyed massages (hot stone and signature), and they were so relaxing that I had to return the next day for a facial. The therapists are highly skilled and attentive, delivering each treatment with the utmost care. They’re also very accommodating, happily adjusting to any specific pain points or areas of concern. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional. I was genuinely impressed, and if you’re in Bali or nearby, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Just had a recovery session here after padel. 🤍 I started with the purification ritual: 15 minutes of steam and a hot plunge, followed by 15 minutes of stretching. Then I had a 60 minute Balinese massage, but I requested a deep tissue massage instead. It was so good! The place is cozy, and I highly recommend my therapist, Linda. I would definitely come back✨

Great ambience and one that I’d return to out of many spas I’ve visited in Bali. Great team! The receptionist is a gem; very polite and excellent customer service. Not a deal but I think it’d go a long way if you offer a slipper if I’m to leave the shoes/flip-flop outside; the floor is cold inside and it feels rather uncomfortable to walk barefoot on tiles, especially after the treatment; perhaps something to consider. Amazing experience! I had a Balinese massage and a blow dry, and everything was perfect. The staff were kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The massage was incredibly relaxing, especially on my head, neck, shoulders and feet. Exactly what I was looking for. The salon is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. I also loved my hair after the blow dry. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and beautiful before my night out.
