My wife and I went for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. It was our first ever massage and the team at Muscle Works made us feel super comfortable from the start. The staff were friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We’ll come back next time we’re in Bali.

This was hands down one of the most divine treatments I’ve ever had. The combination of facial, lymphatic body massage and coconut scrub was absolute perfection. Every touch felt thoughtful and grounding, like a full body exhale. My skin is glowing, my body feels and looks less puffy and I feel so refreshed, and my mind is so calm it’s almost surreal. I had a pregnancy massage (currently 5 months pregnant) along with glow boost facial, and it was truly 2hrs of pure bliss! The massage therapist Atik did an amazing job at getting the tension out of my shoulders. The whole massage was very relaxing along with the facial treatments, my skin felt great afterwards. I went with a group of 4 other people who got Balinese massages and used the sauna and cold plunge pool, and we all agreed the massages were great quality and best ones we had. Unbelievable. This was no doubt the best massage I have ever had. The welcoming, foot wash with petals and the place is clean, smells beautiful and the staff are lovely. My massage was exceptionally good, the music was perfect and afterwards tea and chocolate. I could sleep for a week, I’m still relaxed hours after. Great job Bali Bliss! 10/10.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at You Spa Umalas! My fiancé and I both enjoyed massages (hot stone and signature), and they were so relaxing that I had to return the next day for a facial. The therapists are highly skilled and attentive, delivering each treatment with the utmost care. They’re also very accommodating, happily adjusting to any specific pain points or areas of concern. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional. I was genuinely impressed, and if you’re in Bali or nearby, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. We've coming here for a while now (locals) and absolutely love it. The massage rooms are clean, staff always polite - Ferah the owner is amazing and extremely responsive on WA and the most important the massages are rejuvenating! My husband and I get the Bali Bliss 90 min and its phenomenal. You're greeted with a foot cleanse and water, 90 min massage and then a ginger or lemon grass tea :) Highly recommend

I had a great massage with Puspa at Luna Massage. I have had many massages in Bali, and this was the first one where the therapist really worked into tight spots and knots, while still being very relaxing. Some other massages I have had have been quite soft, so this really stood out. The only downside was that an hour did not feel long enough. I would definitely recommend and would happily book again.

I found this place by recommendation of my family who had been to Bali. They were very impressive, and even they still remember their massages to this day. There's nothing more I can say, I highly recommend this place if you have any problems with your body. My back pain has gotten much better.

I had the Japanese Head Spa, highly recommend as it was so relaxing and my hair was so soft afterwards after being frizzy during my time in Bali!

This was my first time visiting the Zen Den, as I was staying nearby. I had a 60min Balinese Massage and it was fantastic, the right amount of pressure and massage technique. It helped with the tension in my neck and shoulder and my headache went away. Premises were very neat and tidy and also very clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Price was very good as well. I will be going back for more massage here while in Canggu.
