Absolutely fabulous experience. I had an eyelash lift and tint, along with eyebrow lamination and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My lashes and brows have honestly never looked so good! The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back when in Bali and would highly recommend! 🤍

Merra is amazing!! This is my third time getting my nails done with merra and everytime I think it couldn’t get better , my nails do!!! Everything was perfect, from the initial incense cleansing, the hot compresses, to the hot Jamu. I took the intuitive massage. The pressure was spot on, and though a little disconcerting at times (guess my physiology expects Balinese massage steps by now!) I did feel the therapist listened to my body pretty well. The only thing I would love to see improved is the scent of the oil was too weak to be enjoyed. Kudos also for the music: chanting and meditation music well beyond the usual “Bali chimes” makes for deeper letting go. I will be back :)

I had such a lovely experience here! I got a brow lamination and lash lift, and I am so happy with the results. The team was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The salon itself is beautiful, modern, and feels very clean and new. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great service. The staff are professional and take hygiene seriously. They fixed my broken nail quickly. The wax was quick and I felt comfortable throughout. I had the classic lashes done and they look beautiful! Well priced. I'd definitely return.

Exceptional experience from start to finish! Greeted warmly the moment we walked in, offered water, and welcomed into a small but charming space with a fun, convivial vibe. The mani-pedi was done simultaneously, perfect for optimizing our time. The girls were patient and attentive, taking time to make sure we loved the shape, color, and results.
