The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. This was the first time I’ve ever had anything cosmetic done to me, and as anyone can imagine I was very scared. Shannen looked after me so so well, and made it such a pleasant experience (as much as it could be!) I had my 0.7ml put into my lips, and also had lemon bottle put into my chin. Shannen made sure I was doing alright throughout the treatment, and honestly it couldn’t have gone any better! I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend Shannen for any treatment!
