This was such a beautiful treatment. I rarely fall asleep during a massage but this place managed to relax my whole body. I can see why this place won The 2024 Spa and Wellness award. I highly recommend Koya Spa. I had the Balinese massage with the French Vanilla essential oil.

We've coming here for a while now (locals) and absolutely love it. The massage rooms are clean, staff always polite - Ferah the owner is amazing and extremely responsive on WA and the most important the massages are rejuvenating! My husband and I get the Bali Bliss 90 min and its phenomenal. You're greeted with a foot cleanse and water, 90 min massage and then a ginger or lemon grass tea :) Highly recommend

Best massage I’ve ever had in Bali or anywhere to be fair. The price is well worth it. Such a nice aesthetic look and the staff are so kind. I told the therapist which parts were sunburnt (lol) and where I was tight - she got all the right pressure on all the right spots! Highly recommend

Beautiful spa environment with skilled masseuse. I enjoyed my 90min balinese massage in the shared room. Even though it was a shared room, there was still privacy between different groups of people with curtains. There were some noise when people entered or left the room but it was bearable and kept to a minimum. I did not mind the noise and enjoyed my visit very much. I will come back again!

Intan is a fantastic therapist. I had my first ever Balinese massage with her as well as the Kobido face lift which I've had multiple times across both their branches.. She was truly outstanding with both, especially the Kobido massage. The VFM is unbelievable given how clean and nice even the massage rooms are. With this branch you truly get more than you pay for in terms of both the service and the ambience.

Had my first ever massage in Bali at Koya and it was beyond excellent!! I don’t know if this quality is to be expected across venues in Bali but Koya has definitely set the bar really high in my heart. I had a 90-minute Japanese Deep tissue and the experience was stellar from start to finish. The therapist was gentle and skillful, precise at getting into the pressure points with consistent strength throughout the whole session. I came out so much lighter and relaxed and could feel my system flowing more freely. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING. I have sensory issues and I can't stand greasy oil on my skin so I always looking for a proper shiatsu/thai massage (because if you do it wrong, it will HURT hurt) and Iluh exceed my expectation. It was the best one hour of Thai Massage in my whole life in Bali and mind you, I've been here for 6 years. Definitely gonna go back for more!

Excellent massage specially the dry Thai stretching one that really sorted by back and balance. My friend did the aromatherapy and she enjoyed it too. Its a bit basic looking and needs upgrade but I would really recommed this place.
