This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. I suffer with ADHD & anxiety so I was very skeptical of how I was going to be during the hour here but I was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥹 highly recommended & I will definitely be booking again!! Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

Beth was amazing, I struggle from knots in my back and shoulders and she really massaged them out and made me feel really relaxed! I was asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right massage and pressure. I will definitely keep up with having massages.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!
