Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

My husband and I book couple's massages here regularly. We generally work with Kevin and Cece, who are both amazing! We each get a combination of the deep tissue, hot stone, and reflexology. It's a total of 2 hours of amazing bodywork that helps keep us flexible for what life throws at us from time to time! OMG!!! Run, don’t walk to this place!! I had the best massage stateside EVER!!!! I’m a world traveler and the BEST massage i received was in Bali, this is the 1st runner up!!!! Sun was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I’m a deep tissue kinda girl and most massages feel like someone is rubbing lotion on me….i did not have to ask for more pressure, I felt like she adjusted to the feeling of my body!!! Every muscle was touched, every nerve ending activated and no tension in my entire body!!! I had the Thai combo massage.

★★★★★ Had a fantastic experience at Nama Fiji HQ this morning. We booked a 90-minute full body massage and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pressure was firm but still relaxing — not painfully intense like some massages back home where you feel like you've been hit by a truck afterwards. Just the right balance of working out the tension while still being enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. If you're in the area and thinking about booking, don't hesitate. Definitely worth it.

Sandy was amazing, I never get things for myself And I splurged with a full body massage! Legit next day (Sunday) thought I’d been hit by a car, and at one stage I nearly tapped out cause got the extreme deep tissue, OMG she found knots n muscle pain I wasn’t aware I had!! She was so lovely and sweet, can’t recommend enough and yes….. by Monday I had a completely remoulded body I felt fantastic!!!

Visited Taylored Spa and Massage for the first time and I had an AMAZING experience. I love the ambiance of the room. It feels like your in a quiet rainforest oasis. The week before my visit I had very intense lower body muscle tightness that prevented me from sleeping restfully. Thankfully, I had a Deep Tissue massage and cupping scheduled with Samantha for the weekend. The massage was targeted, detailed, relaxing, and I really enjoyed my first time cupping experience. After the massage, I ended up getting the BEST SLEEP OF MY LIFE. RUN! Don't walk to book. Just leave a spot for me!

I booked the 60min deep tissue w Angelique. Felt Amazon. For me just the right pressure and she found all the good spots. 60min is obviously short to cover the whole body so i would recommend 90min or leaving some parts out maybe. I asked her to focus more on shoulders and back. The location is kinda at the side/walkway in the hotel garden/area. It's open air and you will hear surroundings noises. As well as the sound of the fan. For me that was fine and did not disturb my experience. Was more like relaxing white noise. But not sure if other people might be disturbed by that. For me 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at Bamboo Spa today. The full body massage, deep tissue massage, and cupping were all done with great care and professionalism. The therapist was very skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and much better in my body. I visited this place and it was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Made, gave me an incredible deep Balinese full-body massage. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a very long time. I also had some lower back pain, and at my request she paid extra attention to that area, which I really appreciated. A nice bonus is the beautiful and comfortable swimming pool, as well as the welcome drink. If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is exactly what you need. I highly recommend it!
