Had the most incredible response with Leah today . I’ve had quite a few appointments with her but this one I felt the energy on a cellular level and like I’d gone into a pure meditative state . Apparently my entire upper body went into convulsions, which Leah had never seen before in any treatments and I’ve left feeling incredibly safe and secure . This was after a weekend of being very physically unwell , lots of things going wrong and feeling deep intense fatigue like I was absorbing negative energy from another source . Now I feel absolutely incredible , what an amazing experience

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Rachael made me feel so at ease on my first visit. She was so friendly and generally interested in me as a person. The massage was excellent and so relaxing. I would highly recommend Rachael and The Holt to everyone. I can’t wait to go back.

Today I had the hot stone massage and it was honestly amazing. From the start, everything felt really calm and relaxing, and the warm stones just melted all my stress away. Unlike the last reviewer, I don’t have fanny flaps, but if I did, I’d be happy to let Bex stare at them. Probably not fair to subject her to my ass crack and nutsack though. But as it is, she does a cracking job for men too. My nice smooth back means another 6 weeks of the spa without feeling like a yeti!
