Best massage therapy I have ever received. Joseph helped me relieve my shoulder pain through myofascial and trigger point techniques. I experienced what was called “good pain”. The entire session was truly tailored to my needs. Strongly recommend give it a try if you need any muscle relaxation therapy.

My experience was exceptional. I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain, to the extent that I considered physical therapy. Today’s session, however, completely resolved the issue. The massage therapist was highly skilled and applied professional, targeted techniques to address my deep muscle tension. The results were transformative; I left feeling alive! My daughter also had her first massage with a female therapist and was equally impressed. The facility offers excellent service at competitive prices, and the staff are welcoming and professional. I had an amazing experience with the dry needling and massage treatment. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly where I was experiencing pain and tension and the massage helped me feel so much more relaxed. I noticed a significant improvement in my muscle tightness and mobility after just one session. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Both members of staff that looked after me were great. I received the good firm pressure my body needed and with the deep tissue massage and the man who did the dry needling for me has gotten to know my lifestyle after a few visits and knew just what was needed.

Great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. I had the CO2 laser treatment and was looked after by Georgia, who was exceptionally skilled and professional throughout the entire process. She handled the laser equipment with confidence, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job managing my comfort level and pain tolerance during the treatment.

Hannah was able to see me for a walk in appointment to get my ears re pierced. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She advised the best positioning for the piercings, talking me through the process and allowing me to check before she pierced. Piercing was quick and fairly pain free and great aftercare advice offered. Space is very clean. Good choice of studs to choose from if don’t want the ones included in the price. Would recommend,

I went in because I have been having pain and tightness in my upper neck , so April worked on me for half an hour and advised that I would probably need one more appointment. After getting home my neck felt a lot better and was able to move my head and neck better . I highly recommend Complete Body Wellness.

I had another great physio session with Sally & Colm today as having massive issues with my back. As always a detailed verbal conversation was had prior to any massaging or needle work been carried out. After the 45 minute session i felt great relief & was able to straighten up the back & move more freely. Sally was direct & mentioned a few back strenghtening excerises going forward....old body, new parts needed.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Jay Jay was amazing. Deep tissue pressure without feeling like you’re going to get bruises - and she adjusted accordingly around the neck area so not to inflict pain ! lol ! She managed to relieve my hip so well after 1 hr. Very professional and a great massage ! Thank you :)
