This was my third visit to Shape Spa Miami, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The infrared sauna has become one of my favorite ways to recover and unwind. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best wellness spots I’ve found in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

If you’re in Miami you’re lucky to have this place in your neighborhood. The owner Lala is the sweetest and she is so helpful if you don’t know the area. I had a pedicure and it was the best ever, my feet felt so soft and clean for days after. Definitely a 5 star salon!

Jillian truly moves through her work with deep care and deep wisdom. As an Acupuncture Physician, I take my self-care very seriously and finding Jillian has completely changed the game. If you need a hard, deep tissue massage, make an appointment with Susan and stop looking anywhere else. She is excellent, listens to what you need, and focuses on it. I've tried many others, and can say with a high level of confidence, you'll be hard pressed to find someone better.

Had a good experience. Been a long time since I had a massage, so I went all out and got a 3hr. Didn't even realize places like this do that. I did some research before going here, the reviews were outstanding. I was going to go a chain location, and even though the reviews were good, as you dive into the reviews, most of the chain locations have a bad rap when it comes to pushy sales tactics getting you to sign up for subscriptions/plans. Not here. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
