What an experience... i have had many full body massages and often I have not fully enjoyed it, yet here... i fell asleep like a baby.... Facial treatment was as good, prior to the treatment a full conversation was about my face ( any allergies, what products I have used before, have I ever reacted to any of the products...), long story short, Julia picked the perfect treatment and my face is glowing right now. I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much

Vanessa was great at creating a calm environment and communicating throughout to ensure I was happy with the pressure being applied and to let me know what she would be doing next. The massage had a great sense of flow and it felt like Vanessa really took her time, it was paced well and never felt rushed. I will definitely be going back again and would highly recommend!

I booked a 90-minute Asian massage today, and because of the Black Friday offer I also received a 15-minute moxa treatment. It was my first time trying it and it felt incredibly relaxing and comforting! Yan is truly thoughtful and caring, she even reminded me to keep warm now that the weather is getting colder.
