I am Italian and know that hairdressers in Italy go through stringent training and get to practise their craft a lot because Italian women go to their salon almost weekly. So I googled for one and found Stefano. I had my first appointment with him today, showed him a photo of my preferred style-cut and he understood immediately what I was after. Tyler is so thoughtful and intentional with every application of product, massage technique and even placement of a warm towel. It is the most relaxed I have ever been during a facial. None of the products reacted with my sensitive skin and I left feeling so incredibly hydrated and glowy. The hydrojelly mask is a must have and I so appreciated her thoughtfulness in avoiding the eyes and mouth as the flooding effect some people use would have made me claustrophobic but not everyone would know or want to say that.
