Amazing staff, clean facilities. You’ll get addicted to cryotherapy and feel refreshed and energetic after it each time. Very easy access and free parking available. You literally park your car and within 1 minute, you are inside. They make appointments so organized, you don’t wait any minute. The staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Red light therapy is also very calming. You feel like you’re having a sunbath at the beach. Overall amazing experience, totally recommend it.

I had a Cryofacial at CRYO Dubai with Mayra, and it was an amazing experience! The clinic is sleek and relaxing, and Mayra made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment left my skin glowing, tighter, and more refreshed. She tailored the session to focus on areas like puffiness and skin tone. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Recovery space, it is a very pristine and private environment where I was able to relax. I am a regular at Joint Space but this was my first visit to recovery and I'd like to visit at least once a week! I had the contrast therapy (ice bath + infrared sauna) and I feel amazing, cleansed, light and relaxed after. Would highly recommend!

The appointment confirmation was efficient, the room was very clean and the masseuse (Lucy) was very professional and skilled! Looking forward to visiting again when I am back in Dubai!

It was such great experience at cryo Dubai Emirates towers, I had a red light therapy and cryo facial and I really felt the the great effect it has on me . I would recommend everybody to give a try .

You must try the advanced version of Red Light therapy in Cryo Emirates Tower. You will feel better right after each session.
