Amazing staff, clean facilities. You’ll get addicted to cryotherapy and feel refreshed and energetic after it each time. Very easy access and free parking available. You literally park your car and within 1 minute, you are inside. They make appointments so organized, you don’t wait any minute. The staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Red light therapy is also very calming. You feel like you’re having a sunbath at the beach. Overall amazing experience, totally recommend it.

If you’ve been running on empty, overwhelmed, or just in need of a moment to reconnect with yourself, do not underestimate the power of an aromatherapy massage. It was brilliant. I actually chose lymphatic massage but they explained the pressure and how it would go so changed my mind and I’m glad I did. It was relaxing and I wanted to sleep right after

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice, refreshing and energized experience at the Neowell Airpod Revive hydroxy. Came to the session with a slight headache and left without it. Thanks. I will definitely come back again for more mild hyperbaric oxygen/ hydrogen therapy sessions🙏🏻🙏🏻

Excellent service. They are so experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The Hydra facial treatment is awesome, feel like heaven. I also love whole body cryotherapy😊 Recommended to have all the treatments here!

Absolutely loved visiting this centre. I left feeling so amazing after the red light therapy. My fist time but certainly won’t be my last. Found it incredibly relaxing and loved the ambiance of the centre. Joy in reception was fantastic - so friendly and so knowledgeable. Overall, this was a great experience.

Amazing massage and facial, very sweet and kind

We had an amazing couples massage experience from start to finish. The therapists were highly professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout, checking the pressure and focusing on areas we needed most. The massage itself was incredibly soothing and left both of us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We walked out feeling lighter, stress-free, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming staff. I had a red light therapy session and felt so rejuvenated afterwards, will come back for more, and hopefully try the cryo as well.
