An incredible team of Technicians and back office ( call center ) I booked for my sister’s a surprise package and they helped me in choosing the best . extremely professional and friendly. Naima is simply the best for a hammam in Dubai! Every treatment is so relaxing, thorough, and leaves you feeling completely refreshed. For nails, Vivette is my absolute go-to for manicures and pedicures. She is incredibly meticulous, and my nails always look flawless. I came to Dubai with acrylics and desperately needed a infill - I contacted nails DXB and they was so helpful over the phone with me. Booked me in then I had to reschedule, when I got to my appointment the staff made me feel so so comfortable, very polite, very helpful and chatty - which I like as I hate sitting in silence. That also helped me so the nails still matched my toe nails I had done in the uk! - and also done extension gel which is much better than acrylic. Thank you guys so much! Next time I’m in Dubai I will be back x

This is always one of the best salons in dubai. I used to stay in business bay and I never thought about going to other salon at all. Recently I moved to other area and I’ve tried many salons but never satisfied as eyelash secret! So even if it’s little far from my area but I will only go to this salon. My favorite salon and really one of the hidden gems in Dubai. I have been taking services of Farida for the last 19 years for hair care. She is very dedicated and deeply insightful on the right cuts, color and treatments. Also extremely skilled nail care services and affectionate and polite technicians. Not to mention the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Truly a hidden gem and would keep going back.
