Jess is the ultimate professional. Love the care and detail. During my short appointment 2 other women came in during those 15 mins for their treatments. This puts undue pressure on Jess . Jess has been looking after me since she started at Freshwater. Plus she was there alone. It seems that owners always want more from their staff without giving them the adequate time to complete the service. I was very happy with my first visit to Love Her Lashes & Nails. My lashes look great! I got the classic set and we talked about the length and look I wanted to achieve before starting. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt clean and professional. I’ll be back for infills soon.

Lashes were done super quickly. Happy with the tech. But I won’t be getting my lashes taken off based on a policy of replacing all extensions after only 2 infills. As a lash tech, I am surprised by this policy, especially that my lashes are healthy, free from lash mites and have only been on since July. I can only assume this is revenue raising.

Obsessed is the biggest understatement! I have searched thick and thin for a good lash tech and sus is so far from good she is perfect! We had a very thorough consultation at the beginning which made me feel so much more heard and made me feel as though she wanted my lashes to be to my liking. I've been there 3 times now for either lashes tint and lift or lashes extensions. Each time I had an amazing experience and it lasted for sooo long! Staff is absolutely adorable and services are a very fair price. Place is also very agreeable and quiet too. I highly recommend!!
