I was able to loose the extra 15 kgs and keep it off during my 12 week NOURISH Program at Freshwater Nutrition. Loved doing cooking classes in my coaching sessions, and even grocery shopping with my coach to learn how to stock my kitchen with easy options since I work heaps and dont like cooking every night.
