Jess is the ultimate professional. Love the care and detail. During my short appointment 2 other women came in during those 15 mins for their treatments. This puts undue pressure on Jess . Jess has been looking after me since she started at Freshwater. Plus she was there alone. It seems that owners always want more from their staff without giving them the adequate time to complete the service. Obsessed is the biggest understatement! I have searched thick and thin for a good lash tech and sus is so far from good she is perfect! We had a very thorough consultation at the beginning which made me feel so much more heard and made me feel as though she wanted my lashes to be to my liking. Lashes were done super quickly. Happy with the tech. But I won’t be getting my lashes taken off based on a policy of replacing all extensions after only 2 infills. As a lash tech, I am surprised by this policy, especially that my lashes are healthy, free from lash mites and have only been on since July. I can only assume this is revenue raising.

Arabella is the ULTIMATE QUEEN of Brows!!! Having lived in Sydney/Northern Beaches my whole life, I’ve tried A LOT of different places for my brows... I arrived early for my appointment and was accommodated. The girls did a great job on my brow threading and during my eyelash tint I was checked on to make sure my eyes were ok and not stinging. The colour turned out perfect. The service was done quickly and efficiently, which I appreciate as I was in a rush. Very happy with my experience.
