Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. Pan was the third person I went to for lashes when I moved to Melbourne and I’m so glad I kept looking because she’s amazing. I get so many compliments on them as they turn out perfect each time. The space is really comfortable, in a salon but in a private room, the bed is really comfortable I fall asleep most of the time! She also has great communication on instagram if you need to reschedule.

I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. By far the best lash extension service I've ever had. Very professional service. The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend

Best hairdresser in Melbourne!! Jay is an absolute delight and his skills are off the charts. He never tries to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments and gives wonderful advice re styling & colour. I live in the UK, but always come back to Jay and Claire when in the City for my 3 month stays. Highly recommend.
