I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

The most incredible service ever!! So much time and care was taken. I had a consult prior to the service being started where I was asked about tint options and what shape I was wanting. My brows were laminated, mapped out to suit my face shape and then tinted so carefully. By far the best brows I’ve had in a longtime.

Easily the best lash experience ive ever had. I have been getting my lashes done for years and often find the experience intimidating and uncomfortable. Couldn’t be happier to have found lash.prettyup and Pan. I asked for natural looking lashes and that’s what I got. Very happy. Hieu (owner) is lovely, professional and sets you at ease. So many lash places don’t clean your lashes before applying new lashes but Hieu did. I am very happy with the service and my lashes. Highly recommend Jubilee!

I had the best lash experience with Marianna. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. She assessed my eye shape and lash length, and asked me what type of lift I wanted. To make sure we were both on the same page, she showed me a photo reference of someone who had a similar lash length to me before starting. She suggested using a Botox treatment to make my lashes appear thicker (who wouldn’t want that?!), and I happily agreed. Marianna worked with care and the results speak for themselves. I’m obsessed with my lashes!!

Alka did an amazing job with my brows which I had tinted and threaded. It was quick and painless, and she had me check them several times and ask if I was okay with them – not at the end like I’ve experienced with other places. She also gave me some rosemary, castor and coconut oil to put on my brows too to help with growth. I’m so happy to have found a new brow place after years of not being able to find somewhere I’m happy with.
