I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

Easily the best lash experience ive ever had. I have been getting my lashes done for years and often find the experience intimidating and uncomfortable. Couldn’t be happier to have found lash.prettyup and Pan. She is a dream come true - an extremely skilled technician but also really lovely, professional, friendly , made me feel so at ease and was extremely patient. Already planning my next visit !

I had lash extensions for the very first time in my life by T Nguyen at Ultralashedup. I went for Natural Anime however, took suggestions by Nguyen and asked her to do what would suit my face. She suggested Classic as its easier to maintain when you are new to lash extensions. So I went for Classic Wet Cateye. She was super humble, sweet and gentle. No stinging, was quick and beautifully executed by Nguyen. Highly recommend their salon great attention to detail as well. Would come back for sure🎀💝

Layne was so kind, gentle and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me honest advice on what would suit me best. My lashes turned out beautiful.
