Hands down the best masseuse in Melbourne! Kumi has an absolute gift. Just incredible. I’ve had massages all over the world and nothing as good as this. Kumi’s facials and treatments are also amazing. It’s a wonderful relaxing space! Would highly recommend.

Maia was hands down the best beautician I've ever had in my many years getting lash and brow tints! She had an incredible attention to detail in terms of safety, care and preferences for the brows, including a range of coloured dyes for people who don't want super dark brows. I didn't get a proper lash lift, but she made the effort to dry and curl my lashes up which no clinician has ever done for me before. To top it off, she's a lovely kind person, who is professional, inclusive and respectful by putting her client's preferences first. Thank you Maia!

My brows always come out beautifully shaped and exactly how I like them. She is also so lovely and welcoming, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years, and this was honestly the first time I've experienced little to no pain or discomfort. Georgia is incredibly talented, and her expertise really shows. What makes the experience even more special is the beautiful space she's created. It's so calm, mindful and relaxing that you almost forget you're there for a brow wax. Instead of feeling rushed, you leave feeling genuinely looked after. Georgia has completely raised the bar for what a brow appointment should be. I only wish more brow studios offered an experience like this.

My experience as always was performed with very experienced hands. I had my lips tattooed l feel Asleep during this procedure. I had my eye liner done top & bottom, l just needed a freshen up there as l’ve had all this done before. I’ve booked my next appointment for a touch up on my eyebrows. I recommend Hoa highly as she is a true professional at her craft. The certificate’s all over wall are true testament to her work. It makes my day so easy & quick when l’m going out.
