I had a great experience at Posh N Polished in Hawthorn. The girls were all so lovely, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The service was fantastic, and they took the time to make sure everything was done with care and attention to detail. The salon has such a friendly atmosphere, and I left really happy with my nails. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Posh N Polished to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent customer service!

Maia was hands down the best beautician I've ever had in my many years getting lash and brow tints! She had an incredible attention to detail in terms of safety, care and preferences for the brows, including a range of coloured dyes for people who don't want super dark brows. I didn't get a proper lash lift, but she made the effort to dry and curl my lashes up which no clinician has ever done for me before. To top it off, she's a lovely kind person, who is professional, inclusive and respectful by putting her client's preferences first. Thank you Maia!

Phenomenal. Such a lovely experience with Jenny, who checked in on how I was doing, offered me a blanket and asked me to let her know if anything was uncomfortable. Such a gentle lash lift and tint, perfectly executed. The beds are amazing. I wouldn’t get my lashes done anywhere else.

I had a really great experience. The woman who did my eyebrows took the time to sit with me first and talk about what shape would suit my face, and she made sure I was happy with the shape before starting. We also discussed what shade of HD tint would work best for the look I wanted. I’ve been to a few other salons before and they never really understood what I was trying to achieve with my brows, but she understood straight away. She was very precise and paid a lot of attention to detail. My brows turned out exactly how I wanted them and I’m really happy with the result ❤️

I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years, and this was honestly the first time I've experienced little to no pain or discomfort. Georgia is incredibly talented, and her expertise really shows. What makes the experience even more special is the beautiful space she's created. It's so calm, mindful and relaxing that you almost forget you're there for a brow wax. Instead of feeling rushed, you leave feeling genuinely looked after. Georgia has completely raised the bar for what a brow appointment should be. I only wish more brow studios offered an experience like this.
