The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. The bespoke lymphatic massage at Shapehouse is unlike any other treatment I’ve had. It’s not soft or fluffy. It’s strong, methodical and incredibly intentional. The lymphatic facial massage was equally powerful. Sculpting, depuffing and grounding all at once. I left feeling lighter in my body, clearer in my head, and visibly refreshed.
